Sukhkaran Singh Gill, true foodies, felt the vacuum in hospitality industry of Ludhiana when after his return from New Zealand. He couldn’t find the variety and ecstasy in food in a land, where traditional cuisine are not just another dishes to eat, but also have an element of pride and legacy attached to it. The urge to fill this gap and to open up a whole new era of fine dining, he came up with BISTRO 226!

The maverick Kalyan Kumar can make almost anything with a tinge of Punjabi tadka and yet make it so unique that you can savor a different recipes everything you come here.
